Our SAPSASA boys netball team won against Greenwith on Wednesday and are now scheduled to play in the grand final at ETSA park on 24th September. Their coach Sarah has organised for some of the players from SA men’s netball team to visit the boys and give them some pointers. They will be visiting our school on Tuesday at 4pm. Any interested boys who might be thinking of trialling and playing boys netball in the coming years are most welcome to come along. Please RSVP me if you are interested.

Desperately needed – sections of 100mm stormwater pipe – and knitters and crocheters!
Hi everyone,
One of our Anzac Centenary activities is for Room 3, a year 6/7 class, to “knit” socks for the troops. We need about 30 sections of 100mm stormwater pipe, cut into sections 6cm in length.
We are going to make large tomboys with the pipe. It is needed for Friday 11th September.
Donations of wool would also be gratefully received.
Some of the children would also like to learn to knit or crochet and this requires 1:1 or 1: 2 support! Are you a keen knitter/crocheter or do you know someone with some time to spare? If yes please contact the class teacher, Heather Frances, at heather.frances678@schools.sa.edu.au for more details.
If you can help out with the stormwater pipe, please let me know ASAP at louisa.guest741@schools.sa.edu.au.
To see the latest learning activities that we have filmed for the project, please visit http://clgpsanzac.edublogs.org
Thanks,
